Begin by finding a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax without interruptions. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position, making sure your body is at ease. Close your eyes and take a few deep, refreshing breaths.
As you exhale, let go of all the tensions and stresses that are weighing you down. With each inhale, imagine drawing in peace and calm. With each exhale, imagine releasing any negativity, worry or tension that is within you. Breathe in purity, breathe out anxiety.
Visualize a serene, beautiful garden in front of you. This garden is your inner sanctuary, the place where you can connect with our Lord, Jesus Christ, in silence and peace. This garden is lush, radiant with blossoms of faith, hope and love.
Now, imagine that you are walking calmly towards this garden. Feel the cool breeze against your skin, hear the gentle rustling of leaves under your feet, smell the beautiful fragrance of blooming flowers. As you proceed, you feel a sense of utmost tranquility wrapping around you.
Suddenly, you can see Jesus standing in the middle of the garden under a large, blossoming tree. He is beaming with a serene light, and His arms are wide open towards you. Visualize His pure, compassionate eyes looking at you with absolute love and acceptance.
Walk towards Him and embrace that divine love that He’s radiating towards you. Feel His comforting presence eliminate all traces of your worries, fears, and confusions.
